# MaluOS

> MaluOS is a Linux distribution derived from Ubuntu 26.04 LTS for humans and AI agents, centred on the MaluDB memory database. The database, its API, the credential vault, the inference gateway and the agent runtime provision themselves on first boot.

Each how-to guide below has an Agent Skill (SKILL.md, the open Agent Skills format) an assistant can follow. Treat the skill as the procedure and the HTML page as the human explanation of the same steps.
